3. Rep­res­ent­a­tion on the board of dir­ect­ors

 

The art­icles of as­so­ci­ation may grant par­ti­cip­a­tion cer­ti­fic­ate hold­ers the right to have a rep­res­ent­at­ive on the board of dir­ect­ors.
