Art. 659a

II. Con­sequences of ac­quis­i­tion

 

1The vot­ing rights on the com­pany’s own shares and the rights as­so­ci­ated there­with are sus­pen­ded.

2The com­pany must set aside an amount equi­val­ent to the cost of ac­quir­ing its own shares as a sep­ar­ate re­serve.
