III. Re­ser­va­tion of spe­cial pro­vi­sions

 

The spe­cial pro­vi­sions gov­ern­ing the au­thor­ity of agents and gov­ern­ing bod­ies of com­pan­ies and part­ner­ships and of re­gistered and oth­er au­thor­ised agents are un­af­fected.
