Art. 40c

III. Ex­cep­tions

 

The cus­tom­er has no right of re­voc­a­tion:

a.
if he ex­pressly re­ques­ted the con­trac­tu­al ne­go­ti­ations;
b.
if he de­clared his of­fer or ac­cept­ance at a stand at a mar­ket or trade fair.
