Art. 276a

2. Agricultural lease

¹ Usufructuary leases relating to agricultural enterprises or to agricultural land and buildings are governed by the Federal Act of 4 October 1985¹⁰⁷ on Agricultural Leases, insofar as it contains special provisions.

² In other respects the Code of Obligations applies with the exception of the provisions governing leases of residential and commercial premises.¹⁰⁸
