D. Entry into force, revocation, notice of termination 1 The contract does not become binding on the principal until 14 days after he receives a duplicate signed by both parties. The agent must not accept any payment from the principal before the 14-day period has expired. 2 During the period under paragraph 1, the principal may give written notice of the revocation of his offer to enter into the contract or of his acceptance of the offer. Any advance waiver of this right is invalid.
