B. Non-com­mer­cial part­ner­ships

 

Where a part­ner­ship does not op­er­ate a com­mer­cial busi­ness, it does not ex­ist as a gen­er­al part­ner­ship un­til it has it­self entered in the com­mer­cial re­gister.
