I. Bal­ance sheet

 

1 The li­quid­at­ors draw up a bal­ance sheet at the be­gin­ning of the li­quid­a­tion.

2 Where the li­quid­a­tion lasts for an ex­ten­ded peri­od, in­ter­im bal­ance sheets are drawn up every year.
