C. In­ter­rup­tion

 

An in­ter­rup­tion of the pre­script­ive peri­od as against an on­go­ing part­ner­ship or an­oth­er part­ner does not in­ter­rupt the pre­script­ive peri­od as against a de­part­ing part­ner.
