¹ Where known cred­it­ors have failed to re­gister their claims, the amount there­of must be de­pos­ited with the court.

² Sim­il­arly, the amount of claims not yet due from the com­pany and of dis­puted ob­lig­a­tions of the com­pany must be de­pos­ited with the court un­less the cred­it­ors are fur­nished with se­cur­ity in an equi­val­ent amount or the dis­tri­bu­tion of the com­pany’s as­sets is sus­pen­ded un­til such ob­lig­a­tions have been per­formed.
