D. Rights

I. Vot­ing right

 

The rights of mem­bers to par­ti­cip­ate in the af­fairs of the co­oper­at­ive, in par­tic­u­lar with re­gard to the man­age­ment of its busi­ness and the pro­mo­tion of the co­oper­at­ive’s in­terests, are ex­er­cised by tak­ing part in the gen­er­al as­sembly of mem­bers or, where pre­scribed by law, in bal­lots.
