XII. Ven­ue and use of elec­tron­ic means

 

The rules of the law on com­pan­ies lim­ited by shares on the ven­ue and us­ing elec­tron­ic means when pre­par­ing for and con­duct­ing the gen­er­al as­sembly ap­ply mu­tatis mutandis.
