IV. Business management and representation 1. Delegation 1 The articles of association may authorise the general assembly of members or the board to delegate responsibility for managing the cooperative’s business or parts thereof and for representing the cooperative to one or more persons, business managers or executive officers, who need not be members of the cooperative. 2 A cooperative must be able to be represented by a person who is resident in Switzerland. This person must be a director, a business manager or an executive officer.
