Art. 911

A. Grounds for dis­sol­u­tion

 

The co­oper­at­ive shall be dis­solved:

1.
in ac­cord­ance with the art­icles of as­so­ci­ation;
2.
by res­ol­u­tion of the gen­er­al as­sembly of mem­bers;
3.
by the com­mence­ment of in­solv­ency pro­ceed­ings;
4.
in the oth­er cases provided for by law.
