Art. 918

C. Joint and sev­er­al li­ab­il­ity and re­course

 

1 Where two or more per­sons are re­spons­ible for the same loss, they are jointly and sev­er­ally li­able.

2 The right of re­course among sev­er­al de­fend­ants shall be de­term­ined by the court with due re­gard to the de­gree of fault.
