Art. 925

IV. Ex­clu­sion of new ob­lig­a­tions

 

Ac­ces­sion to a co­oper­at­ive uni­on may not bring with it any ob­lig­a­tions for the mem­bers of the ac­ced­ing co­oper­at­ive which they do not already have by law or un­der the art­icles of as­so­ci­ation of their own co­oper­at­ive.
