¹ The lessor is re­quired to make the ob­ject avail­able on the agreed date in a con­di­tion fit for its des­ig­nated use and op­er­a­tion.

² If a re­port was drawn up on the re­turn of the ob­ject at the end of the pre­vi­ous lease, on re­quest the lessor must make this doc­u­ment avail­able for in­spec­tion by the new less­ee when the ob­ject is handed over to him.

³ Sim­il­arly, the new less­ee has the right to be in­formed of the amount of rent paid un­der the pre­vi­ous lease.
