Art. 3

C. Trans­ition­al law

 

1 Art­icles 226f, 226g, 226h, 226i and 226k852 also ap­ply to hire pur­chase agree­ments entered in­to pri­or to the com­mence­ment of this Act.

2 Only Art­icle 226k ap­plies to ad­vance pay­ment agree­ments entered in­to pri­or to the com­mence­ment of this Act. These agree­ments must however be ad­ap­ted to the pro­vi­sions of the Art­icle 227b with­in one year, fail­ing which they lapse and the pur­chaser must be paid his en­tire cred­it bal­ance with all the in­terest and be­ne­fits cred­ited to him.

852 These art­icles have now been re­pealed.
