¹ Where the loan for use is open-ended, it ends as soon as the bor­row­er has made use of the ob­ject as agreed or on ex­piry of the peri­od in which such use could have been made of it.

² The lender is en­titled to re­claim the ob­ject be­fore that time if the bor­row­er uses it for a pur­pose con­trary to the agree­ment, if he dam­ages it, if he per­mits a third party to use it or if un­fore­seen de­vel­op­ments oc­cur which leave the lender in ur­gent need of the ob­ject.
