¹ Ex­penses are re­im­bursed when the salary is paid based on the state­ment of ex­penses sub­mit­ted by the em­ploy­ee, un­less a short­er peri­od has been agreed or is cus­tom­ary.

² Where an em­ploy­ee reg­u­larly in­curs ex­penses in the per­form­ance of his con­trac­tu­al ob­lig­a­tions, the em­ploy­er must pay him an ad­vance against such ex­penses at reg­u­lar in­ter­vals but not less fre­quently than every month.
