c. Pre­par­a­tion by an ar­bit­ral tribunal

 

1 If the parties are un­able to agree on a so­cial plan, an ar­bit­ral tribunal is ap­poin­ted.

2 The ar­bit­ral tribunal is­sues the so­cial plan in a bind­ing ar­bit­ral award auf.
