IV. De­le­tion from the com­mer­cial re­gister

 

On com­ple­tion of the li­quid­a­tion pro­cess, the li­quid­at­ors shall ap­ply to the com­mer­cial re­gister of­fice for the de­le­tion of the busi­ness name.
