C. Time of per­form­ance

I. Open-ended ob­lig­a­tions

 

Where no time of per­form­ance is stated in the con­tract or evid­ent from the nature of the leg­al re­la­tion­ship, the ob­lig­a­tion may be dis­charged or called in im­me­di­ately.
