F. Pref­er­en­tial cap­it­al con­tri­bu­tions

 

The pro­vi­sions of the law on com­pan­ies lim­ited by shares on pref­er­ence shares ap­ply mu­tatis mutandis to pref­er­en­tial cap­it­al con­tri­bu­tions.
