The rel­ev­ant pro­vi­sions on com­pan­ies lim­ited by shares ap­ply to the li­ab­il­ity of per­sons who are in­volved in the found­a­tion, man­age­ment, audit­ing or li­quid­a­tion of a lim­ited li­ab­il­ity com­pany.
