C. Found­a­tion

I. Re­quire­ments

1. In gen­er­al

 

A co­oper­at­ive shall be foun­ded by the founders de­clar­ing in a pub­lic deed that they are found­ing a co­oper­at­ive and spe­cify­ing therein the art­icles of as­so­ci­ation and the gov­ern­ing bod­ies.
