Art. 831

2. Num­ber of mem­bers

 

1 At least sev­en mem­bers must be in­volved in the found­a­tion of a co­oper­at­ive.

2 Where the num­ber of mem­bers sub­sequently drops be­low the min­im­um num­ber, the pro­vi­sions of the law on com­pan­ies lim­ited by shares on de­fects in the or­gan­isa­tion of a com­pany ap­ply mu­tatis mutandis.703
