Art. 920

E. Li­ab­il­ity in cred­it and in­sur­ance co­oper­at­ives

 

In the case of cred­it co­oper­at­ives and li­censed in­sur­ance co­oper­at­ives, li­ab­il­ity shall be de­term­ined ac­cord­ing to the pro­vi­sions gov­ern­ing com­pan­ies lim­ited by shares.
