II. Equivalent instruments in security ledgers 1 The parties may issue documents of title to goods in the form of ledger-based securities. Articles 1154 and 1155 apply mutatis mutandis. 2 The issuer's signature is not required if the instrument can be unambiguously attributed to him or her in another manner.
