d. Mark in lieu of sig­na­ture

 

Sub­ject to the pro­vi­sions re­lat­ing to bills of ex­change, any per­son un­able to sign may make a duly cer­ti­fied mark by hand or give a cer­ti­fied de­clar­a­tion in lieu of a sig­na­ture.
