II. Duty of disclosure 1 If a report was drawn up on the return of the object at the end of the previous lease, the landlord or lessor must on request make this document available for perusal by the new tenant or lessee when the object is handed over to him. 2 Similarly, the new tenant or lessee has the right to be informed of the amount of rent paid under the previous lease. |
