¹ Usu­fructu­ary leases re­lat­ing to ag­ri­cul­tur­al en­ter­prises or to ag­ri­cul­tur­al land and build­ings are gov­erned by the Fed­er­al Act of 4 Oc­to­ber 1985¹⁰⁹ on Ag­ri­cul­tur­al Leases,in­so­far as it con­tains spe­cial pro­vi­sions.

² In oth­er re­spects the Code of Ob­lig­a­tions ap­plies with the ex­cep­tion of the pro­vi­sions gov­ern­ing leases of res­id­en­tial and com­mer­cial premises.¹¹⁰
