M. End of usufructuary lease I. Expiry of agreed duration 1 Where the parties have expressly or tacitly agreed to a limited duration, the usufructuary lease comes to an end on expiry thereof without any need for notice to be given. 2 If the usufructuary lease is tacitly continued, it is deemed to have been extended on the same terms and conditions for a further year unless otherwise agreed. 3 A party may terminate the extended usufructuary lease by giving the legally prescribed period of notice expiring at the end of a lease year. |
