B. Ob­lig­a­tions of the em­ploy­ee

I. Duty to work in per­son

 

The em­ploy­ee must carry out the con­trac­tu­ally as­sumed tasks in per­son, un­less oth­er­wise re­quired by agree­ment or the cir­cum­stances.
