IV. Re­ser­va­tions on med­ic­al grounds

 

Oc­cu­pa­tion­al be­ne­fits schemes may make re­ser­va­tions on med­ic­al grounds in re­la­tion to in­valid­ity and life policies. Such re­ser­va­tions may be made for a max­im­um of five years.
