¹ The part­ner­ship is dis­solved by the com­mence­ment of in­solv­ency pro­ceed­ings against it. In oth­er re­spects, the pro­vi­sions gov­ern­ing simple part­ner­ships ap­ply to dis­sol­u­tion ex­cept where oth­er­wise provided in this Title.

² Oth­er than in the event of in­solv­ency, the part­ners must re­port the dis­sol­u­tion to the com­mer­cial re­gis­trar.

³ Where an ac­tion for dis­sol­u­tion of the part­ner­ship is brought, on ap­plic­a­tion by one of the parties the court may or­der pro­vi­sion­al meas­ures.
