II. Cal­cu­la­tion meth­od

 

Un­less the art­icles of as­so­ci­ation provide oth­er­wise, the share of the profits and the pro­ceeds of li­quid­a­tion are cal­cu­lated in pro­por­tion to the amounts paid up on the share cap­it­al.
