2. Entitlement against the company 1 The membership rights conferred by registered shares may be exercised by any person authorised so to do by entry in the share register or a written power of attorney issued by the shareholder. 2 The membership rights conferred by bearer shares may be exercised by any person who shows they are in possession of the shares by presenting them.
