II. Trans­fer

1. As­sign­ment

a. Form

 

1 The as­sign­ment of a cap­it­al con­tri­bu­tion as well as an ob­lig­a­tion to as­sign must be done in writ­ing.

2 The con­tract of as­sign­ment must con­tain the same in­form­a­tion on rights and ob­lig­a­tions un­der the art­icles of as­so­ci­ation as the doc­u­ment on sub­scrip­tion to the cap­it­al con­tri­bu­tion, un­less the ac­quirer is already a mem­ber.679
