II. Art­icles of as­so­ci­ation

1. Con­tent pre­scribed by law

 

The art­icles of as­so­ci­ation must con­tain pro­vi­sions con­cern­ing:

the busi­ness name and seat of the co­oper­at­ive;
2.
the ob­jects of the co­oper­at­ive;
3. and 4.709

the form of the co­oper­at­ive’s com­mu­nic­a­tions with its mem­bers.
