¹ If a fact is entered in the com­mer­cial re­gister, no one may claim that they were un­aware of it.

² Where the entry of a fact is re­quired but such fact was not entered in the re­gister, it may be re­lied on in re­la­tion to third parties only if it can be shown that they were aware of the said fact.

³ Any per­son who has re­lied in good faith on a re­cor­ded fact even though it was in­cor­rect must be pro­tec­ted in their good faith un­less there are over­rid­ing in­terests to the con­trary.
