Art. 127 Committee decision to endorse a petition

If the com­mit­tee en­dorses a pe­ti­tion, it shall take up the mat­ter to which the pe­ti­tion relates by pre­par­ing a par­lia­ment­ary ini­ti­at­ive or a pro­ced­ur­al re­quest.
