Art. 4 Grounds for refusing registration

1Dir­ect re­l­at­ives, sib­lings and half-sib­lings may not enter in­to a re­gistered part­ner­ship.

2Both part­ners must prove that they are not already in a re­gistered part­ner­ship or mar­ried.
