Art. 16 Presence of third parties at the examination

1The Swiss Fed­er­al Pat­ent At­tor­ney Ex­am­in­a­tion is not pub­lic.

2The Ex­am­in­a­tion Com­mit­tee may grant per­sons with a proven jus­ti­fied in­terest to be present dur­ing the ex­am­in­a­tion.

3The mem­bers of the Ex­am­in­a­tion Com­mit­tee and SERI rep­res­ent­at­ives are per­mit­ted to be present ex of­fi­cio.
