Art. 18 Passing and resitting parts 3 and 4 of the examination

1Parts 3 and 4 of the ex­am­in­a­tion are deemed to have been passed if both parts of the ex­am­in­a­tion have been passed in­di­vidu­ally.

2Any per­son who twice fails one of the ex­am­in­a­tion parts shall be ex­cluded from any fur­ther ex­am­in­a­tions.
