Art. 24 Application for recognition

1Any per­son who seeks to have a for­eign pat­ent at­tor­ney ex­am­in­a­tion re­cog­nised must sub­mit a writ­ten ap­plic­a­tion to the Ex­am­in­a­tion Com­mit­tee.

2The ap­plic­a­tion must in­clude doc­u­ment­a­tion evid­en­cing:

a.
that the ap­plic­ant has taken a pat­ent at­tor­ney ex­am­in­a­tion;
b.
the spe­cial­ised know­ledge ex­amined in the pat­ent at­tor­ney ex­am­in­a­tion.
