Art. 34 Dossier

1The dossier shall be re­tained for a peri­od of five years fol­low­ing de­le­tion of a re­gis­tra­tion in the Re­gister or for a peri­od of five years fol­low­ing re­jec­tion of an ap­plic­a­tion for re­gis­tra­tion.

2The fol­low­ing per­sons may view the dossier:

a.
the per­son re­gistered in the Re­gister;
b.
third parties who can prove a jus­ti­fied in­terest.
