Art. 54 General

Em­ploy­ers must en­sure that private house­hold em­ploy­ees are re­gistered for so­cial se­cur­ity in­sur­ance and any oth­er com­puls­ory in­sur­ance from the mo­ment the private house­hold em­ploy­ee enters ser­vice.
