Art. 108 Transmitter network plan

The Fed­er­al Coun­cil may ex­tend the dir­ect­ives for trans­mit­ter net­work plan­ning in terms of Art­icle 8 para­graph 1 RTVA 1991118 by a max­im­um of five years from the com­mence­ment of this Act or amend them after con­sulta­tion with the Com­mu­nic­a­tions Com­mis­sion.
