Art. 15 Notification of revenue from advertising and sponsorship

Li­censed broad­casters of Swiss pro­gramme ser­vices must no­ti­fy OF­COM27 of the gross rev­en­ue from ad­vert­ising and spon­sor­ship.

27 Ex­pres­sion in ac­cord­ance with No I of the Fed­er­al Act of 26 Sept. 2014, in force since 1 Ju­ly 2016 (AS 2016 2131; BBl 2013 4975). This amend­ment has been made throughout the text.
